"Due to a genetic condition, I had to have dental veneers done when I was 16. Due to complications, I unfortunately had to have them redone numerous times. The doctors I worked with were supposedly amongst the best in New York, but their work never suited me aesthetically and also created discomfort. I decided to try one more time to get them right, and went to Dr. Levine - who I learned truly is regarded as the very best. Going to Dr. Levine was the best decision I could have made. He brought a truly scientific, aesthetic, and compassionate approach to my case. He was the first doctor who listened to me, understood and agreed with my concerns, and could see what I was hoping to achieve. Through an incredibly thorough process, he designed the most beautiful teeth to suit my unique facial structure. I could not be more happy with the result. "Let me start by saying that I have terrible teeth - always have. But, you would never know it, which is why I love JBL. I have been a patient of Dr. Mac’s for over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone besides him and his colleagues with my smile. The same goes for my mom and fiancé. JBL has a pretty robust team of specialists onsite so there is no waiting or going between different offices. The process is seamless and the quality is unparalleled, hence the price tag. Tbh I’d rather pay more to see the dentist once than pay less and need to go in multiple times. It probably saves you money (and hassle) in the long run because no one wants to spend more time in the dentist’s chair if they can avoid it. Everyone is friendly, including Dr. Levine, who is well known in NYC but still takes time to talk to patients and staff without grandiosity or self-importance. The front desk staff are super accommodating as well. If I ever have an emergency, they get me in quickly. Couldn’t ask for more."

"First let me say that I am beyond terrified of dentists as my experience has never been amazing BUT my experience at JBL was out of this world! The space is small but very organized almost like we were in Japan with all space being used in the most efficient of ways functionally but also visually. It’s a beautiful office! The staff was beyond welcoming, friendly & overall so comforting even before they knew how nervous I was. Add to that the #JBLafterhours program which is a much needed void in dentistry in NYC! My cleaning appointment was at 6pm on a Thursday so allowed me to finish up work & then head over. I wish more dentists thought of this! My hygienist was Jessica, I HIGHLY recommend her but also I’m sure all of the other hygienists are fantastic as well. That’s definitely the vibe I got as they came in & out by the reception area. All of the staff said hello & engaged even though I wasn’t the person they were scheduled to work with. I was offered something to drink which included a lovely white wine. I felt so pampered! As for my cleaning, no words can explain how easy & delightful this experience was. Jessica was very informative on what we were going to do before starting, during & after she explained what she saw that needed attention & gave me props for doing a good job taking care of my teeth & gums but also gave me advice on how to continue making sure they stay healthy. I’ve never been to a dentist that was so forward thinking on giving me advice & tools for keeping my teeth happy & healthy! I have always felt like I was just a number & “Bye, see you at your next cleaning!” As if this office wasn’t the best, Dr. Jonathan B. Levine (JBL) is a philanthropist!! Check out his work on #GloGoodFoundation!!! I’ve never felt so relieved & honestly I have never been excited about dental work but I can’t wait to go back. If I could give more stars I would. "Been going to JBL for 5+ years and couldn’t recommend more highly. I’ve had cosmetic work done on a front tooth that was graying from a previous root canal and Invisalign. In all instances, Dr. Levine and his staff did an expert job in presenting and executing the best options to improve my teeth/smile. For maintenance, Jessica provides expert, detail-oriented cleanings and is very attentive to my comfort and improving knowledge about enhancing the health of my teeth. "Poetry in Motion I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jonathan Levine (JBL Associates) for at least the past 15 years and for some reason (maybe because social media wasn’t a real thing back then) I just never thought to right a review. But my recent visit was an experience that I just felt compelled to send them a review and some accolades. Firstly, all the years I was a patient of JBL I was a New York resident. I was there for both general maintenance as well as some big procedures over the years. I think I just grew accustomed to great care because that’s kind of all I knew with them. I’ve now been living out of state and have found myself challenged to find a reliable dental practice that not only cleaned my teeth (seemingly a simple process you would think?) but also great dentists should something go horribly wrong. Well, recently that’s exactly what happened. The dreaded cracked tooth. In pain, I went to my local Dentist and they suggested quickly I need a full extraction. Trust me that’s no picnic. I called JBL and sent x-rays. Doc Levine said he could save the tooth!! “Are you kidding I said?” “No” he said. “Get your butt on a plane and get in here.” That’s exactly what I did. Their office is nothing less than ‘Poetry in motion’. Everyone executes their roles like maybe they worked on a Navy Sub or something. The place was humming. Oh, and did I fail to mention everyone’s gorgeous? Jeez!! OK, let me move on and sum this up. I got wheeled in, multiple team members doing their thing, Doc Levine overseeing everything (not that he needed to, his staff is awesome). They waved some super technical wand around my mouth and right in front of meet they created a full multi-dimensional digital image of my mouth. They double checked that against a mold of my mouth, handed that off to the on-site ceramist who got to work on making me a new crown to conceal and protect the good remaining tooth. (Most practices send that work out and you wait weeks until they get it back all the while you got that ridiculous wooden-like temp stuck in. Bang, they had me wrapped up all in 4 hours (with, I must say, a comp whitening while I waited for ceramist to finish up) and back on a 5pm plane back home with time to spare fully fixed and back to normal. What’s my point of writing this? Good luck finding this level of professionalism, excellence, superior technology and overall positive attitudes and caring for their patients. It’s not out there. Hopefully you never really need this care, but if you do, don’t even think TWICE. Happy Patient"

"I’m overwhelmed by the care, concern, expertise, and ease (unflappable!) of Dr. Levine and the entire team. They got me in quickly, took my care very seriously, spent time speaking with me before putting me in a chair or jumping to X-rays or an exam, and then did all of that with great warmth and utmost professionalism. Dr. Levine showed me what he saw, and then came up with a full treatment and wellness plan. They talked me through the plan and sent it in writing. Finding any physician’s team that is about your wellness vs illness and is looking at the entire human and their desire to thrive is rare and special. I didn’t know such teams and practices existed in periodontal health."
"The best dentists in the tri-state area. I’ve seen Dr. Levine and Dr. Mori for 20 years for everything from fillings to composites to crowns. Their work is superb, they really “know their stuff” and they couldn’t be nicer. I have 3 perfect implants that Dr. Mori is finishing (front teeth). I could not be happier with the results...she is a perfectionist! The assistants and admin staff are also great. I always walk out happy - and pain free!"

"In 2004, I needed major jaw reconstruction, my bite was off, my teeth were chipping and I suffered from occasional headaches. At that time my oral surgeon referred me to Jonathan’s office, his exact words were: “If my child needed a dentist of this magnitude I would refer them to Jonathan”. I am so glad I took his advice!Along with Jonathan being a great guy, he has state of the art equipment and the balance between practical and aesthetic sense. Kellen his first in command helps with all the heavy lifting and is his equal, Anise is full of support and communicates so well. I am so happy I found these guys, I truly feel the warmth and care for my well being. The rest of staff is on point including Paula, Georgia; previously Jennifer and now Emmy.I can help but notice everyone smiling and laughing throughout the office without any sacrifice to the excellent care.Their philanthropic efforts don't go unnoticed as well. Wonderful culture set in motion by both Jonathan and Kellen. Together they both took Jonathan’s National Championship Lacrosse pedigree and planted the shingle front and center in his office!Thank you all!❤️"

Nothing escapes her (hidden plaque, gum & bone issues, etc) which is true of JBL Assoc where prosthetic (and general) dentistry is practiced at the highest level. "I moved from the West Coast last year and have been here twice so far. The 1st time to get my teeth cleaned and examined and the 2nd time to have an in office whitening. I also purchased Jonathan's whitening kit, which I love. I have a cleaning scheduled next week with Jessica, she's great. I asked to see her again. She cleaned my teeth the 1st time and did my whitening. I believe they have more than 1 hygenist. Dr. Levine has done well and hey they don't have to scam you here like most dental offices. I've met Levine, he's a personable guy. I was referred to him by a couple who have been going to his office for years. You pay for the best and that's what you get."
"My teeth had turned completely grey with age and at 54 my previously trademark smile made me look ancient. My initial consultation was comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Levine gave me his game plan which included whitening and then a few veneers to rectify shifting of a few lower teeth since I was unwilling to get braces..My second appointment was with Jennifer for whitening. I must say I was a bit nervous because many years ago I tried whitening and my teeth were so sensitive that my mouth throbbed for days. I told Jennifer my concerns and she explained that with Dr. Levine's product and procedure that type of sensitivity would never occur. She was right! I did not experience ONE second of discomfort and my teeth are now on the way to the "Hollywood White" I requested. I love this practice!"

They did an amazing job whitening my teeth at the office and I even purchased a kit to take home.
