At JBL New York City, we are a fee-for-service practice, meaning we do not participate with any insurance providers. Payment for services will be collected at the time of your visit. For patients with out-of-network insurance, we are happy to provide a detailed claim form that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
