Dr. Laura Koo Min Chee is an experienced, board-certified prosthodontist known for her gentle demeanor and dedication to creating beautiful smiles. Born in Canada and raised in Trinidad, she brings a multicultural perspective to JBL New York City and enjoys exploring new restaurants, dancing, and spending time with her husband and rescue pup in Hoboken.
Dr. Laura graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario in Canada with a Bachelor of Science in biology and medical sciences before earning her doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. She pursued advanced training in advanced prosthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago, completing a master's degree in oral sciences and gaining expertise in implant, prosthetic, cosmetic, and digital dentistry. She actively contributes to the field as a committee chair at the American College of Prosthodontists.
As a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, Dr. Laura specializes in complex reconstructive, implant, and cosmetic dental procedures. She is committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, ensuring her patients receive the highest quality of care personalized to their specific needs.
