Dr. Jonathan B. Levine is a man on a mission: To revolutionize the oral care and dental aesthetics industry. As a renowned dentist and prosthodontist in practice for nearly 30 years, Dr. Levine offers a comprehensive approach to dental health, intersecting beauty with function.  Dr. Levine is a visionary product inventor, clinical researcher and published author. Holding 18 patents and 8 patents pending in oral care, Dr. Levine is responsible for modernizing the way people whiten their teeth. By combining his numerous patents with innovative dental technologies and a tenacious drive to always “make it safer, faster and more effective,” Dr. Levine continues to up the ante with breakthrough professional techniques, and sleek, sophisticated at-home consumer and professional teeth whitening treatments. 

Dr. Levine is an Associate Professor at the NYU School of Dentistry and is as committed to advances in the medical field as he is to his patients at 923 Fifth Avenue. A national key opinion leader in oral health, Dr. Levine believes strongly in guiding the next generation of dentists and is the Program Director of the Advanced Aesthetics Program in Dentistry at NYU CE. Dr. Levine also contributes his professional services to humanitarian efforts and organizations. He is on the board of Foundation Rwanda, which helps the children of the 1994 genocide, and on the advisory board of Health Corps, a national service and peer-mentoring initiative.  He also donates his services to Operation Smile to help correct childhood facial deformities across the globe.

David serves as Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Deputy Chief of Staff for Henry Schein, the world’s largest health solutions company for office-based dental and medical professionals. In that position he is responsible for the Company’s Social Responsibility, Professional Relations, and Government Relations activities, along with projects and initiatives originating from the Office of the CEO. Previously, David acted as the General Counsel and Corporate Development Officer for a privately-held company in the legal cannabis industry, and before that was a Partner in the NYC office of an international law firm and worked in Jerusalem for the Deputy Speaker of the Israeli Knesset.

David is actively involved with numerous charitable initiatives.  While at Henry Schein he continues a long-standing pro bono representation of an Alabama inmate in post-conviction death penalty proceedings, and serves on the Boards of Trustees of MedShare and of The Fortune Society.  David is an endurance sport athlete, and lives in the NYC-region with his wife and two children.

Christian Coachman

Dr. Christian Coachman graduated in Dental Technology in 1995 and in Dentistry at the University of São Paulo/Brazil in 2002. He is a member of the Brazilian, European and American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Moreover, Dr. Coachman attended the Ceramic Specialisation Program at the CeramoArt Training Center, where he also became an instructor. In 2004, Dr. Coachman was invited by Dr. Goldstein, Garber, and Salama, of Team Atlanta, to become Head Ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for over four years. Dr. Coachman worked with many leading dentists around the world as Dr Van Dooren (Belgium), Gurel (Turkey), Fradeani (Italy), Bichacho (Israel), Ricci (Italy) and Calamita (Brazil). He is the developer of concepts as the Digital Smile Design, the Pink Hybrid Implant Restoration, the Digital Planning Center, Emotional Dentistry, Inter-disciplinary Treatment Simulation and Smile Donator. 


Founder and CEO of the DSD-Digital Smile Design company, Dr, Coachman currently divides his time between his family, Dental Clinic in Sao Paulo-Brazil, the Digital Smile Design headquarters in Madrid-Spain and the DSD software headquarters in Miami-USA. He is the Director of the DSD Residency program with continuing education courses for dental professionals from all over the world. Also works as a consultant for Dental companies and offices, developing products, implementing concepts and marketing strategies, as such as the Facially Driven Digital Orthodontic Workflow developed in collaboration with Invisalign, Align Tech-nology.


He has lectured and published internationally in the fields of esthetic and digital dentistry, dental photography, oral rehabilitation, dental ceramics, implants and communication strategies and marketing in Dentistry. In 2017 Dr Coachman became an adjunct professor of the Restorative Department at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. 

Dr. Teresa Dolan is Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at Dentsply Sirona and leads the global  Clinical Affairs function. She and her team provide clinical insights supporting innovation and new product development and she oversees the largest global clinical education program sponsored by dental industry. 

Terri joined Dentsply Sirona after a distinguished academic career including service as professor and dean of the University of Florida College of Dentistry from 2003 until 2013.  She is recognized for her contributions to dental public health, geriatric dentistry and as a champion for diversity and women in dentistry.

Terri is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Rutgers University; she earned a DDS degree from the University of Texas and an MPH degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  She was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Dental Health Services Research Scholar, completed a Veterans Administration Fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry, and is a board certified in Dental Public Health.

Scott is a partner and founder of Ashlar Capital Management, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector.  Prior to founding Ashlar, Scott worked at Altaris Capital and Windrose Health Partners, both healthcare-focused and middle market private equity firms. Scott sits or has sat on the board of multiple private companies in the healthcare sector and is active in several non-profits related to education and youth engagement. Scott lives with his wife and three children in Chapel Hill, NC

Jane currently advises Henry Schein on their approach to innovation and, through this work, is focused on the changing landscape for doctors and dentists. Jane also runs a family office investing in early stage startups, including LedgerX, Glamsquad, Artlifting, Force Therapeutics and Halo. Previously, Jane ran a long-short equity hedge fund, investing in small-cap public companies.

Jane started her career at JP Morgan Investment Management in equity research covering technology and Internet companies, and then moved Flatiron Partners, where she supported Fred Wilson, Jerry Colonna and Bob Greene investing in early stage private companies (typically at Series A round).

Jane lives with her husband, two sons and a dog in NYC, where she has lived since graduating from MIT Sloan. Jane is an executive member of the alumni board of MIT Sloan, as well as the board of the Wits Fund, which raises money in the U.S. for the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Rebecca Love, RN, MSN, ANP is the Global Community Officer for Ryalto International and was the first Director of Nurse Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the United States at Northeastern School of Nursing – the first initiative in the Country designed to empower nurses as innovators and entrepreneurs, which has led to transformational change in the Nursing Profession. Rebecca is an experienced Nurse Entrepreneur, founding HireNurses.com in 2013 which was acquired in 2018. Rebecca is passionate about empowering nurses and creating communities to help nurses innovate, create and collaborate to start businesses to transform healthcare.

Dr Miguel Stanley, graduated as a DDS in 1998. He is trained in implant surgery and cosmetic dentistry. For the last eight years he dedicates most of this time to complex full mouth rehabilitation. His philosophy is simple, Full mouth diagnosis, treatment planning and execution. He calls this, “No half smiles”.

His team of doctors and staff of 30 have been taking on complex cases for over a decade.

Dr Stanley has written numerous articles, a book on health, produced seven makeover TV shows and is a regular guest on the CBS hit show, “The Doctors”, filmed in Los Angeles.He has lectured all over the world and is currently passionate about his new philosophy, “Invisible Dentistry”.

Alyse Mongalo O’Kelly is currently a 4th year dental student at The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  During her time at Penn, she created Penn Dental’s first oral health incubator— Dental Innovators, Creators & Entrepreneurs (DICE for short).  She started this organization with a few colleagues to provide a vehicle for students with great ideas but no business or product design experience.  The goal of this incubator is to foster the development of innovation in the dental industry and to provide students with the knowledge and resources needed to turn their ideas into marketable products and services.

Before dental school, Alyse earned a degree in business with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.  While at LMU, Alyse developed a values-centered water bottling business, became a licensed California Realtor, and began a career in consulting where she worked on rebranding and restructuring small health care organizations.  LMU presented Alyse with the Undergraduate Social Entrepreneur Award and Entrepreneurial Scholar Award for her demonstrated commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Her passion for empowering dental students to innovate within the oral health arena continues today.  She works with students whose aim is to solve problems in the dental industry. She now lives in Kennett Square, PA with her husband and their dog, Duke.  Following graduation, Alyse plans to enter the public health sector and continue her entrepreneurial endeavors with DICE and other projects.

Laurence Du-Thumm is Director of External Technology Innovation in the Strategic Innovation and Technology Alliances group. She is responsible for landscaping new opportunity spaces, for scouting and incubating new breakthrough innovation through strategic external partnerships with startups accelerators and centers of excellence, in collaboration with Research & Development and Global Design & Packaging to deliver innovative new products.

Laurence joined Colgate in 2000 in Oral Care Advanced Technology/Early Research and has held positions of increased responsibility in Oral Care R&D where she led the research for identification of alternative strategies for dental plaque and gingivitis control.

In 2012 Laurence assumed the role of Director Early Research Personal Care where she has led the discovery and validation of new active ingredients in underarm products, shower gels, soaps and lotions in compliance with global regulations.  She played an active role in the acquisition of two skin care brands Elta MD and PCA Skin.

Before joining Colgate, Laurence was a post-doctoral fellow at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, and a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Oral Pathology, Göteborg University, Sweden.

Laurence holds a Master’s in Biochemistry, a Ph.D. in Oral Biology and Health Sciences, from the University of Rennes Dental School, France. She is the recipient of the TWIN award, two Colgate Technology Excellence awards, and a Colgate You Can Make A Difference Award.  She is the author and co-author of 26 patents and 20 scientific publications.

Read on to learn more about Dr. Koka’s background and his extensive experience.Dr. Sreenivas Koka was born and reared in Romford, England. He moved to the United States to attend dental school at the University of Michigan where he graduated with his DDS degree at the age of 22. He completed specialty training in prosthodontics (dentures, partial dentures, implants) also at the University of Michigan and then received a PhD degree in Oral Biology from the University of Nebraska. In 2013, Dr. Sreenivas Koka completed an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Dr. Sreenivas Koka has two older sisters. Dr. Parvathi Pokala is a pediatric dentist in San Diego and Dr. Anuradha Koka is a radiation oncologist in San Diego. Dr. Koka’s parents (father is a retired dentist) also live in San Diego. Dentistry runs in the family as there are sixteen dentists in Dr. Koka’s family spanning five generations.

Dr. Sreenivas Koka has been a specialist dentist for over 20 years. To date, Dr. Koka’s career involves clinical patient care, university teaching and research. Prior to moving to San Diego, Dr. Sreenivas Koka was Consultant in Prosthodontics at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, one of the most trusted names in health care. Here, Dr. Sreenivas Koka was privileged to be a part of an integrated medicine and dentistry philosophy and to serve Mayo Clinic patients. In addition, Dr. Koka was Chairman of the Department of Dental Specialties and Professor of Dentistry at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. After leaving Mayo Clinic and before coming to San Diego, Dr. Koka spent almost a year in Zurich, Switzerland as the Executive Director of the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation, an independent Foundation serving patients globally through education, science and humanitarian initiatives.

Dr. Sreenivas Koka is board-certified in prosthodontics. He has published numerous scientific articles and taught many dental students and graduate students how to make dentures and partial dentures and how to properly use dental implants to improve patient care. Dr. Koka is recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award by his students nine different times at the University of Nebraska and Mayo Clinic. Dr. Sreenivas Koka is recipient of the Clinician-Researcher Award from the American College of Prosthodontists and the National Student Dental Research Group Mentor.

Dr. Sreenivas Koka has been invited to give lectures at many respected institutions and professional venues all over the world including Harvard University, UCLA, Peking University (China), Guy’s Dental Hospital (United Kingdom), Eastman Dental Institute of Rochester (New York), University of Genoa (Italy), New York University, University of Bern (Switzerland), University of Michigan, UCSF, University of Nebraska, Eastman Dental Institute of London (United Kingdom), MIT’s Sloan School of Management, University of Toronto (Canada) and has presented at International College of Prosthodontists meetings in Crete, South Africa and Italy.Dr. Sreenivas Koka is very active in professional organizations. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the San Diego District Dental Society. He is a Fellow in the Academy of Prosthodontics (President 2014-2015; President-elect 2013-2014), a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. In addition, Dr. Koka is a member of the Board of Directors of the International College of Prosthodontists and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Prosthodontic Research.

Kevin E. Woods, M.D., M.P.H. is a gastroenterologist, clinical researcher and inventor. A native of Atlanta, Dr. Woods brings a track record of leveraging technology as a clinician, scientist and thought leader in the areas ofendoscopic oncology, biomedical informatics, medical device development, clinical service line development and healthcare innovation. Dr. Woods is a graduate of Morehouse College and Meharry Medical College. He completed The Osler Internal Medicine Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Advanced Endoscopy and Master of Public Health degree at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and TheHarvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, respectively. Dr. Woods’ clinical interests include exploring emerging technologies and techniques in the management of patients with digestive diseases and obesity.

Dr. Woods is one of few physicians in the country to offer a comprehensive set of endoscopic procedures for the prevention and management of benign and cancerous digestive diseases leveraging state-of-the-art medical technologies. His academic research interests are focused on improving the effectiveness and outcomes for patients undergoing routine and complex gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures. While in the laboratory, he also patented a novel imaging device and started a health information technology company,Scope Jockey Analytics, LLC. Scope Jockey Analytics develops mixed reality, artificial intelligence and digital healthcare ecosystem solutions to help gastroenterologist effectively care for patients in our complex healthcare delivery systems.

In addition to his scientific and career achievements, Dr. Woods is also invested in our communities by consistently participating in the development of young students interested in careers in medicine and STEM related careers. He acutely understands the importance of bolstering the pipeline of future scientist intoSTEM careers and the effect this has on our future communities.

Dr. Woods was named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 40 under 40 class of 2016 and is a member of the 2018 Class of Leadership Atlanta. He continues to donate his time while serving on multipleinstitutional and not-for-profit boards. Jeremy Krell

Jeremy is a general dentist and currently oversees provider and clinical initiatives at quip, the oral health and subscription electric toothbrush company. Jeremy also practices dentistry part-time, sits on the Boards of healthcare and dental startups (including: Floss Bar, PatientPlus, Verena Solutions, and Voyant), and is an angel investor. Jeremy has a 15+ year proven track record with startups through several successful multi-million dollar fundraises and acquisitions.


Jeremy started his career with three web and graphic design startups and moved into a luxury good and commodity venture, DormAid, for college students. He later founded a venture incubator, CEO in A Box, and headed strategic provider innovation and development at Oscar, health insurance, following his MBA at Chicago Booth.

Jeremy lives with his wife, daughter, and a pug in Jersey City, NJ. He enjoys playing and following professional tennis, having attended all US Opens since he was born. Jeremy is a foodie and has been vegan for 10 years, before it was cool.
