About Cybelle Pereira
Cybelle Pereira was born in Brazil and moved to NY in 2016 to accompany her husband who came to do research and work as a surgical fellow in Urology Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. After graduating in Dentistry in Belo Horizonte, she completed a Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Federal University of Minas Gerais. In 2010, she also completed her Master’s and Orthodontics Residency at the Catholic University of Minas Gerais. While maintaining a successful private practice in Brazil, Cybelle was also a professor in the Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics department.

At JBL NYC, she emerged herself in Digital Dentistry and CBCT evaluation courses. With her knowledge in Orthodontics, Cybelle Pereira built the ortho-digital workflow that gave rise to our JBL Aligner program. This workflow allows us to scan, design and manufacture clear aligners on site for our patients. Recently she started to work at SUNY Stony Brook Dental Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Department of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry where she will help building their ortho-digital workflow being also able to develop research on this field.
